My movie

I made my movie about my commute from North Minneapolis to the U. I had to speed it up a little bit so hold on :)

This is really good. It's inspiring actually, I want to work more on an imovie for this class. This video is very simple but that is what makes it work. Epic journey, brah!

A four minute commute? That's unpossible!

This actually made me kind of woozy. Thanks, Jerk.

yeah for North... If you need a ride ever, let me know... how long does that commute actually take you?

This is so awesome! I was worried that I might get a little "woozy" (like genevieve), but I didn't. The change in scenery as you go through your commute tells alot about the different neighborhoods in the north side.

Your editing is also cool. The music selection is also fantastic. It really propels the viewer through the neighborhoods, transfers, and bus stops. It's also neat that included the pauses in motion at the bus stops. That is exactly what it is like: you're on your way...and...STOP. I also like that you slowed down on Nicollet Mall to capture the dude playing guitar. This mimics reality in many ways. I also commute via public transportation and often stop paying attention to what's going on around me as I pass through familiar scenery. When something catches my eye, I usually pay more attention. Another place you did this was on the Mall at the U of M. I have done this very thing: as I'm heading to class, I see that same juggling club or some other interesting thing going on, and slow down--or stop--as I pass. Finally, the way you transitioned between clips was very smooth.

Great job!
